Our Head Chef, Davide, brings his Sardinian roots to every dish, creating honest, classical Italian cuisine inspired by generations of family cooking. Each plate is thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients sourced locally from Cornwall, combined with the timeless flavours of Italy.
